Separated at birth...?

Fred Thompson and Admiral Akbar of Return of the Jedi....

I wonder if Admiral Akbar represents the fiscal, social, or defense wing of the Galactic Republican Party?

Would it be possible to link the current slate of candidates to characters from Star Wars?

Dennis Kucinich - The mouse dude who rides with Lando on Return of the Jedi

Hillary Clinton - The Hoth ice monster

Barry Obama - LANDO, BABY!

Mitt Romney - Grand Moff Tarkin

Who else?

Dorf, I won't ask if you knew the name "Nien Nunb" (let alone knew how to spell it) without having to refer to some reference guide...'cause, knowing that name off the top of your head might be considered, well...weird.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, mind you. I'm sure you'd get along well with that knowledge in certain circles...like at a Star Wars Convention.
