Spoiled rich kids
Think what you will about Karl Rove, but check out the kids who protested him at a speech last night at American University in DC. Talk about your spoiled, ignorant, eastern liberal Democrat wanna-bes. The interviewee, "Brittnay Grow", looks like she should be working at Ambicrombie and Fitch; and the gals behind her are probably planning their next sorority event.

The problem with these ignorant twits is just that- they are ignorant. They're painfully ignorant. They are incapable of thinking for themselves or of evaluating information in a critical way. They've spent their entire lives being indoctrinated in a public school system, being indoctrinated by college professors and they've been indoctrinated by mass media during the time when they weren't being indoctrinated by the state. They've been indoctrinated they haven't been educated.
Have you tried to employ or deal with a college graduate lately? We're not exactly turning out top flight material. Oh they might know some material and might even be quite proficient at some skills they were trained at but the vast majority tend to be painfully inept and have an overly exaggerated opinion of their own self worth. Give me people that have actually worked in the field or some HS grad that will come in and learn hands-on over someone with a piece of paper from a money grubbing state diploma factory. They'll know the same thing in a year or two that a grad will go to school for four or six years to learn and I won't have to deal with their “look at my degree” attitude.
The whole University system is broken. A degree is meaningless when everyone has one. Far too many people are going to college when they have no business going there. Federal and state grant money has an awful lot to do with it.
I recently hired a HS graduate to drive my feed truck and help out around on a part time basis. He was a sharp kid, and very responsible, too. I realize he might have been a "diamond in a dungpile", but nonetheless, I was impressed. I've also interviewed a couple of college students with ag degrees, and they seemed to be OK. I wouldn't consider a Liberal Arts student unless I needed a secretary...
Funny, I saw that segment and that particular woman Brittnay Grow, and my first thought was:
I would never hire Brittnay Grow, she was a horrible spokesperson and doesn't look like she can be trusted to show up on time or produce a credible work product.
I have a feeling these early criminal activities will cause her problems later in life.
My guess is she'll find work in a non-profit eco-feminist group in DC, holding the title of assistant field director, but in reality sorting papers into folders...poorly. But she will be empowered! :)
On the other hand, maybe those kids are making common cause with none other than your man for president Tom Tancredo, who had a face-to-face shouting match with Karl Rove

If those kids were aligning themselves with Tom Tancredo, it is probably by accident or coincidence. I can't see "Britnay" showing up at a Conservative Union function...

if you get "women's studies" or some other basketweaving major from "Bob's College" then yeah, it's bs..

but prob what makes you even more pissed off is that i am a female who isn't barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen.....
